Therapy can help you make peace with the past and feel better in the present

I strive to create an empathetic and empowering environment, where together we can explore authenticity, healing and self-acceptance. I view therapy as a space to explore and discover new ways of being and relating to ourselves and others. I believe in the power of understanding how our deeper emotional processes impact the way we interact with ourselves and those closest to us.

My Approach

My therapeutic approach is informed by Emotionally Focused Therapy, IFS and Experiential Somatic practices. Somatic means body-oriented, an approach that cultivates a present-moment awareness of your physical sensations and experiences drawing on the wisdom of the body. This allows for a deeper emotional processing and understanding due to trauma and unprocessed emotions getting “stuck” in our bodies. My training as a systemic therapist has given me insight into how our problems often occur in context and I work to deeply understand your unique experience.

I am trained as a sex therapist with experience in desire discrepancy, identity exploration, PTSD and trauma, ethical non-monogamy and polyamory, body image struggles, kink and BDSM, infidelity recovery, pleasure exploration and sexual anxiety.
